Field Services Sales
- Responsible for developing Recurring Service Business (contracts, warranty extensions, multi-year agreements) within Energy & Partner Field Service Organization, reporting to the “Country” Field Services Sales Leader. This person will be responsible for driving the sales and Business development of Field service Recurring business plans at the national level.
- This person has an specific Quota for Recurring Revenue for opportunities directly led by him/here and is also responsible for the achievement of the National Quota for Recurring. He/She will need to leverage other Sales resources to achieve its goal.
- This position will own and be accountable for driving and achieving the associated goals for Recurring Service business (Business KPIs available in Field Services).
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Promotes Recurring Services Offers to the different Sales team, and also will provide business support with appropriate offer proposal / pricing, and also customer facing interaction as needed.
- Is the entry point for all related recurring services business needs for the different sales team, based on the local organization
- Connects to the Service Offer Marketing national team, providing business inputs to recurring offers evolutions, and support for sales event organization, as needed.
- Contributes to build channel sales programs under the leadership of the local marketing organization.
- Together with Marketing, defines targeting criteria for Recurring Business and ensures targets consistency at the country level.
- Faces customers in the day to day activities and will occur 25‐50% of the time.
- Works with the national network of Field Service Sales teams, including direct sales and Channel sales teams, BDMs
- Develops and implements tactical plan to execute the country Recurring Services targets, received from Country Field Service Management.
- Provides business funnel visibility to management and Contract Manager.
- Provides sales performance and efficiency KPIs on a monthly basis (# of quotes, win/loss ratio, average deal $).
- Provides information to Contract Management team for all deals coming in, including detailed information in terms of service coverage and type of assets and volumes.
- Matrixes across the organization to ensure the overall growth objectives for the recurring revenue offer are met.
- Works with marketing, sales and operations dedicated teams groups to implement business development strategy into specific initiatives.
- Works with other Sales teams in the country to drive initiatives/plans to increase EN&PT Recurring business in their segments/accounts.
