ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Lead the activities of the company engaged in the implementation of the company safety and environmental programs.
· Responsible for compliance of SE requirements in Operational Policies and Procedures.
· Focus on incident prevention and effective root cause analysis.
· Supervise and facilitate safety and environmental training to all employees of the Plant.
· Control of hazardous waste room (documentation and procedures).
· Control of non-hazardous waste (documentation and procedures).
· Strong knowledge about COA Annual – SEMARNAT and COA Annual – SEDUMA
· Experience monitoring STPS programs: Air Emissions(stack), Industrial Sewage, Industrial Hygiene, etc.
· Experience in legal compliance inspection management keeping records of requirements in Mexico.
· Conduct research activities to improve the Industrial Process.
· Responsible to keep monthly safety reports indicators to staff and Corporate EHS Departments.
· Strong abilities to meet deadlines.

· Bachelor’s degree in safety/environment, Chemical Engineering, or another similar field.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in same position.
· Effective communications skills.
· English 70% minimum.
· Excellent computer skills.
· Strong capacity to lead work teams.
· Ability to conduct EHS Audit.
