Join our amazing team of electronic industrialization engineers !

As member of electronic industrialization department which is a part of the Schneider electric design centre based in Grenoble area (France 38), you are at the core of the new product introduction , the qualification of new electronics boards and the associated processes. For this, you oversee the functional specifications and the validations of the PCBA and Electronics products test benches and you will also pay attention to the projects deliverables, costs and planning.

The electronic industrialisation engineer is best in class in:

- Giving to design project his expertise in electronic product industrialisation to support technological choices (electrical distribution and protection product) in upstream development phases.
- Defining manufacturing and test process for electronic boards, (FMEA, requirements, Capex…) leading the process deployments in our Electronic Manufacturing Supplier plants. (external or internal)
- Leading the development and deployment of the product test and calibration tools in Schneider manufacturing plants.
- Being the main link between the project and our Electronic Manufacturing Suppliers
- Participate and respect the Industrial projects planning tools implementation at manufacturing site : training , industrial file transfer, fine tuning…
- Guarantying the quality level of the board manufactured on the implemented process.

Qualifications :

Essential Skills and qualifications :

- Electronic engineer with a master degree in electronic field you have a first experience in the field of electronic industrialisation or manufacturing: eg Electronic product manufacturing or test equipment, board design with IPC rules, board industrialization, assembly board manufacturing …

- Wireless communication & Firmware knowledge are important assets

- Knowledge of Printed Circuit Board technology is a plus.

- Speaking French & English (TOEIC 750 if native French)

- You manage well professional relationship, you are autonomous, implied and rigorous, you will join a multidisciplinary project team with many international participants.

- You have already experienced international supplier management.

- You will have to travel four to five times per year in our plants or suppliers locations.
