About the EcoStruxure Plant Competency Centre:

EcoStruxure Plant is a collaborative process automation system based on Schneider Electric's best of breed components in MES, SCADA, Edge Controllers, system software, MCC's, connected products through industrial networking and also IIOT application solution.

The EcoStruxure Plant Competency Centre (ESxCC) is a team of highly experienced professional engineers with the mission to provide high level technical consulting services. These services cover the system and architectural design of EcoStruxure Plant solutions. The team operates internationally with bases in Asia, Europe, and the Americas (Regional Consultants). The Regional Consulants is the team that Schneider industry engineers in the countries look to for assistance with some of the most complex customer demands, create project reference for strategic new offer of Schneider and in parallel to develop technical local autonomy in country organization for that specific new offer. The Regional Consultants must be capable to handle these demands, work with L3, and country engineers and system integrators to develop solutions which meet our customer's expectations.

The Regional Consultant team is structured to reflect the senior nature of its members. All Regional Consultant members bring many years of system and software implementation experience and have achieved a high level of expertise in their chosen disciplines. This experience is reflected in the ability of team members to manage a high level of autonomy and decision making aligned to the team mission.

Inside Regional consultant team, the team has EcoStruxure Automation Expert Regional Consultant

As experts, EcoStruxure Automation Expert regional consultant members exhibit strength in one or more EcoStruxure Plant disciplines.

· Secure, open, interoperable, and modular control system. IEC61499 standard (event driven, object oriented and distributed approach)
· Modern Engineering tool with specific characteristic such as asset centric model, single- line engineering, single system application, system orchestration
· Process knowledge in Consumer Packages Good (CPG) and material handling
· IIOT application solutions
· Operational Management (SCADA, Historian, MES, Batch, Asset management, Alarm management, edge computing, Wonderware/ Aveva software suite)
· Controls and Connectivity (PAC's, Industrial networking, IIoT)
· Cyber-security (system protection)
· Field Devices (Motor Control, iMCC, Instrumentation, Power meters)
· Responsibilities in the execution of major project, pilot project for the country and in parallel to develop local technical autonomy.

Primary Purpose of EcoStruxure Automation Expert Regional Consultant:

The ESxCC software- Centric Automation Regional Consultant will collaborate with the country organisations during the opportunity pre-sales and project execution phases. The Consultant's value-add is to assist the country to ensure that EcoStruxure Plant systems are specified, correctly proposed, designed, developed and commissioned to a high level of quality that meets the customer's requirements.

The ESxCC Consultant will strive to maintain an exceptionally high level of technical expertise in one or more disciplines of the EcoStruxure Plant domain and to broaden their expertise across multiple disciplines.

Key tasks:

Promote EcoStruxure Automation Expert solution technical benefits.

·
Provide technical assistance to Schneider local pre-sales (ESx Architect, SAE, ADE) and project personnel (system integrators, OEM, Process OEM and direct project team) at bidding EcoStruxure Automation Expert solution projects.

Assist the execution of the key client projects (direct and indirect)

·
Provide knowledge transfer to Internal team Delivery, Schneider country organisations and channels (system integrators, Process OEM) through delivery of expert level design & engineering, mentoring and coaching Schneider local technical resources. The objective is to develop local technical autonomy in the country for this specific solution EcoStruxure Automation Expert.

Assist in the creation of technical material, technical guides, whitepapers, knowledge based articles, etc.

Pre-Sales

I. Deliver consultancy services to country organization in pre-sales activities such as joint visit, presentation and demonstration.

II. Assist ESx Architect, SAE's/ ADE to identify the customer's functional requirements and map to EcoStruxure Automation Expert system capabilities.

III. Assist country organization to validate proposed system architecture and technical proposal to meet the customer's requirements

IV. Extend the scope of project becoming IIOT application solution project by promoting apps/ advisors that has close relation with improvement of profit engine for customer

Critical Project Execution Support

I. Gather, define, and document system requirements through the running of end user requirement sessions and system integrator/ channels workshops with the local System Architect

II. Assist system architects to ensure the end user requirements are aligned with EcoStruxure Automation Expert system capabilities and represented in the developed system.

III. Assist the system integrator/ channel or Industry Leader during project execution with creating draft application/ prototype application (case by case), design reviews, design of critical portions, resolve issues with a focus to high quality implementations.

IV. Assist during Factory Acceptance Tests and commissioning to promote quality and customer acceptance.

V. Write application notes and success stories

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate:

·  You have worked 5+ years designing, engineering and commissioning Industrial automation systems with a solid system integrator experience and now you are looking for that next step to add to your professional development.
·  You have a solid process knowledge and project experience in CPG (Consumer Package Goods) and Material Handling

·  You have a solid experience of secure, open, interoperable, modular control system that is upgradeable without production loss. Have a solid experience with IEC61499 standard (event driven, object oriented and distributed approach).

·  You have a solid experience of Modern Engineering tool with special characteristic such as asset centric model, single-line engineering, single system application, system orchestration. Also, you have a solid experience of Distributed Control System (DCS) concept and implementation.

·  You have solid experience of software integration specially with Aveva Integration (Aveva System Platform, Aveva Batch Management, Aveva Historian) and you excel assembling software bricks to match a customer requirement.
