Mission

•Run DRP, upload forecast at reference level in ERP for execution at all nodes

Key Responsibilities

•Define and update Supply Chain Parameters
•Escalate Manufacturing Supply Risk Alerts in SIOP
•Plan strategic inventory
Main Activities

•Run Distribution Requirement Planning & upload the forecast at reference level in ERP for execution at all nodes.

•Ensure right balance of demand / supply - Manage Import & Export volume planning

•Define & Update Replenishment Strategy & Supply Chain Parameters

•Plan & ensure inventory ramp up / down linked to strategic inventory, industrial transfers commercial event, NPI/EOL projects
•Ensure the compliance with stocking policy guidelines

•Ensure the compliance with the Network Modelling guidelines

•Identify Circular Supply Chain opportunities & ensure execution

•Prepare E2E Supply Review & Escalate Manufacturing Supply Risk Alerts in SIOP

•Prepare what-if simulation to propose scenario on Growth impact and recovery plan

•Active participation in projects O2, Industrial Transfer, Network Modelling, Transport Optimization
