Digital Solution Engineer

Job description

· Handle general sales activities including enquires, quotations, order processing, and document preparation

· Actively develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing accounts, identify customer needs and provide customized solutions for digital solutions such as BMS, PQM, Access Control & EV charging system

· Drive and achieve assigned business targets and key performance indicators with high-quality service

· Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to provide clients with the latest insights and recommendations

· Liaise with external parties on potential partnerships and identify business; work closely with end users, developers, facility management, specifiers, contractors, and other internal & external professionals to ensure the project is completed in a timely and cost-effective way

· Collaborate with internal marketing, solution, project, service and QCS team to ensure seamless service delivery

Desired profile

Qualifications :

· Bachelor holder in Engineering or other science subjects

· Relevant working experience in BMS, PQM, Access Control, EV charging system is preferable

· Proficiency in PC knowledge including Windows & MS Office is essential

· Good written and verbal communication in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English

· Self-motivated, problem-solving, independent, strong interpersonal skills and team player
