Your Mission
The key role of the Digital FSR is to ensure customer sites are well connected to the cloud and ensure valid asset data is flowing from the customer site to the EAA platform. This position is accountable for:
· Upgrading the customer critical assets with smart sensors and communication features
· Configure gateway and connect critical assets to the cloud ▪ Integration (preparation, connectivity, validation, and cybersecurity compliance)
· Collecting all data requested for Digital platform provisioning (done by Connected Services Hub (CSH)) Supporting the preparation and execution phases of complex solutions
· On-site intervention following CSH insights from condition-based monitoring, customer requests, …
Any intervention will have to be prepared and performed in total respect of safety guidelines (prevention plan, protection equipment …)
Your Role – Magic happens when you bring great people together!
· Review customer electrical distribution network (HV, LV…) to identify critical assets to be upgraded, compile all installation info (equipment and IT) and collect cybersecurity requirements
· Preparation of work and staging: sensor pairing, custom model, firmware upgrade, gateway association to tenant, off-site testing; and validation of Bill of Materials including modem & SIM card
· Installation of new sensors and/or protection relays on site
· Configure communications and connect digital devices (relays, sensors, SMD, …) to gateway (southbound)
· ETP connection: connect system to the Internet – Schneider cloud platform (northbound)
· Commission the IT/IoT portion of the digital services: coordination with other SE Field Services Engineers /EcoExperts / Subcontractors / Customer’s staff
· End to End testing and validation to ensure successful connection
· Troubleshoot End to End connectivity including ETP using procedure and ticketing tool
· Compile project data for provisioning by CSH into EcoStruxure Asset Advisor (EAA) Platform, project data should be complete to prevent delays in CSH provisioning
· Validate the communication architecture for devices and gateways in order to retrieve and publish data for the assets up to the EAA Platform.
· Support the Project Manager and Sales Team to ensure the accurate functional needs of the customer. Be the high-level technical lead interface, able to discuss with C-level (CTO, Corporate Electrical Engineers, CIO).
· Be the technical warrant of the services capabilities in front of the customer.
· Support customer projects on all connectivity matters including cyber security and analytics (including 3rd party solutions and 3rd party sensors).

Desired profile
Qualifications :
About You
Education: 2+ years university degree or equivalent experience with at least 1year of related experience
Experience: Expert in Automation, IT solutions and networks (TCP/IP, Modbus, IEC61850…), digital systems integration, software specialist
Skills requirements
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· General knowledge of troubleshooting
The job requires to stand, walk for extended periods of time + to lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds
Language requirements: Good English level
