The Role: Digital Business Process Quality Analyst
Responsibilities
Digital Business Process Quality Analyst
· Collaborate with the key stakeholders and assist in the setting of project goals, objectives, and business requirements.
· Capable of effectively evaluating the processes, internal workflows, and employee needs of businesses.
· Must have great business acumen and be capable of analyzing requirements and data.
· Must be able to interpret business metrics and complex data for different stakeholders of the business.
· Collaborate with IT, Digital Team, and business leaders for the development of new process designs and functional specifications for digitization.
· Execute comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and scripts to identify software problems and determine their root causes.
· Set up test data to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of test cases based on user requirements.
· Create and maintain detailed test reports, documenting identified defects and providing clear reproducing steps.
· Monitor and follow up on bug resolution, working closely with the development team to verify that software changes are correctly implemented.
· Analyze and document test results, providing insightful feedback to stakeholders and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
· Participate in test design and planning activities, collaborating with software engineers and developers to ensure adequate test coverage.
· Regularly check all user stories and test scripts for inaccuracies, errors and areas for improvement.
· Utilize automated testing tools and techniques to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of testing processes.
· Provide accurate and timely status updates on testing progress, enabling effective project management and decision-making.
· Develop positive working relationships with team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive testing environment.
· They must properly document all the business process modelling activities for future use.
· Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to write business reports.
· Ability to facilitate meetings and gather requirements from stakeholders
· Ability to define, analyze, validate and prioritize requests based on business value.
· Effectively and proactively communicates with stakeholders, team-members and other support teams to promote synergy
· Perform timely ad-hoc supports requests in support of business needs, escalations and/or process improvement initiatives
· Manage end-to-end project requests completion in a timely manner
· Create detailed process-flow and or documentations for all requests/projects handled
· Identify and drive internal needs for improvements with the way we deliver our projects and the way we work
· Perform other related projects and duties as assigned
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in software development principles.
· At least two years of experience in software development business process creation, requirements gathering, and testing, showcasing a track record of successful testing efforts.
· Advanced knowledge of software quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes, applying industry best practices in testing activities.
· Proficiency in software development lifecycles and test design techniques, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively, effectively managing time and priorities in a dynamic development environment.
· Analytical thinker, able to approach complex problems systematically and logically.
· Self-motivated, demonstrating initiative and drive to improve testing processes and skills continuously.
· Detail-oriented, exhibiting meticulous attention to detail to ensure thorough testing coverage and accurate defect reporting.
· Problem-solver, capable of identifying creative solutions to software defects and providing valuable input for product enhancements.
· Able to multitask, effectively managing multiple testing activities and priorities simultaneously.
· Thrives in a fast-paced environment, embracing challenges and maintaining high performance under pressure.
· Ability to perform analysis, formulated conclusions and recommend actions.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in English required.
· Ability to communicate and work with cross-functional teams and cross-country stakeholders is a must.
