Responsibilities

· Conduct data quality assessments

· Design, develop, implement and maintain data quality monitoring systems and provide recommendations for enhancing the overall data quality: Data Profiling, Critical Data Elements identification, Data Quality rule and Data Quality Metrics definition and implementation.

· Design and execute data quality tests, validation rules, and exception handling processes.

· Establish and maintain data quality metrics and KPIs to monitor and report on data quality performance.

· Monitor, identify, investigate and resolve root causes of data quality issues, collaborating with data analysts and engineers to recommend corrective actions to prevent future issues and to improve data quality processes

· Ensure best practices for data quality management are followed according to the standard defined by Schneider.

· Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to data quality management

Qualifications :

Qualifications

· Strong knowledge of ETL processes and data supply chain management.

· Proficiency in SQL, working knowledge of Python, data profiling, and data quality tools to analyze and assess data quality issues.

· Strong understanding of data governance principles, data management, and data quality best practices.

· Experience with data cleansing, transformation, and normalization techniques.

· Experience with Informatica Cloud (Data Quality) or other ETL tools.

· Experience with Collibra or other data catalog tools.

· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve data quality issues.

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Additional certifications in data quality management are a plus..

· Knowledge in SAP Sales & Distribution module will be a plus.

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to react swiftly to data quality issues.

· Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining data security and integrity.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
