Responsibilities

· Ensure data quality on monthly disclosures and new releases for Net Orders & Invoiced Sales data objects.

· Conduct comprehensive data quality monitoring, enhance rules as necessary, and promptly communicate issues to the DQ team and stakeholders.

· Analyze the technical and business impact of potential data quality issues, tracking them from identification to resolution.

· Investigate significant issues in a reactive and agile manner, collaborating with stream leaders and business product owners on user communications.

· Validate prioritization of data quality issues and provide regular updates on progress.

· Support data extraction needs when SE intel secured report center is insufficient, and for adhoc management requirements.

· Ensure data security by maintaining files in secured sharepoints, limiting access to specific personnel, and regularly reviewing and deleting files as needed.

Communicate access to global data to product owners and management before sharing

Qualifications :

Qualifications

· Demonstrate a strong understanding of existing ETL processes and the ability to engage with all levels of the data supply chain, including ERPs, ETL, datalake, datamarts, and domain-specific data such as customer and product.

· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Computer Science, or related disciplines.

· Proven experience in data analysis and data quality management.

· Proficiency in SQL and a working knowledge of Python.

· Experience and knowledge in Tableau will be a plus.

· Familiarity with ETL processes and data supply chain management.

· Knowledge in SAP Sales & Distribution module will be a plus.

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to react swiftly to data quality issues.

· Excellent communication skills and the capacity to interact effectively with various stakeholders.

· Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining data security and integrity.
