We are looking for a Data Analyst E-commerce in AMSTERDAM with a personal drive to contribute to the overall Schneider Electric growth plan. You will report to the Vice President Digital Enablement.

Mission of the role

As a Data Analyst E-commerce your role within the enablers e commerce department responsible for all development related to adaptation, execution and interpretation of digital data around online activities of SE partner websites


Your responsibilities:
· Define and support execution of the annual eCommerce sales & marketing activities across platforms;
· Analyze the experience journeys of the different visitors/ buyers and use those insights to support local execution;
· Coordinate and work cross-functionally with internal business units, multiple functions, global teams, agencies, startups to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce programs;
· Deliver business solutions on existing platforms and work with product management teams to design new digital products;
· Design, manage, report e-commerce KPIs across funnel to orchestrate cross functional teams, including product marketing, digital experience, sales;
· Perform daily operations and address to requests from different regions that impact sales on ecommerce platforms;
· Provide thought leadership on the complete cycle of gathering, checking, cleaning and using data;
· Provide process improvements for all processes;
· Build Governance around data, supporting and changing the business on how to think and use data. Educate teams in the right data use and hypothesis building.

Desired profile



Qualifications :

Required qualifications and skills:

·  A work experience of 3-5 years as Data/Business Analyst;
·  Having a solid understanding of digital analytics, to drive ROI improvements on digital marketing activities and comfortable to design, manage, report e-marketing and e-commerce KPIs across funnel;
·  Bachelor's degree of related technology departments, preferably in electrical or Industrial engineering;
·  Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office;
·  Experience solving real problems using data mining techniques and with statistical rigor;
·  Masters, PhD, or equivalent experience preferred;
·  Strong technical skills regarding data analysis and statistics with working knowledge in programming/scripting (Python, R, SQL);
·  Experience with at least one of Google Analytics or Tableau a plus;
·  Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and analytical reasoning;
·  Ability to produce on-time quality deliverables in a deadline-driven environment while balancing multiple priorities;
·  Cross-functional project management skills, self-starter and accustomed to leading projects with little supervision;
·  Excellent verbal and written English communication skills including meeting facilitation and making presentation to senior managers;
·  Passionate of data, business and stories;
·  Please note; for this position you must be in possession of a Dutch visa already.
