Cyber Security Leader – Small and Medium Building Solution

Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Leader specializing in IoT solutions to join
our dynamic commercial buildings team. As the Cyber Security Leader, you will play a pivotal role in
developing, implementing, and managing robust cybersecurity strategies to safeguard our building
solutions. This role involves a combination of strategic planning, technical expertise, and leadership
capabilities.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Cybersecurity Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive cybersecurity strategies for small and medium buildings
solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into the entire product
lifecycle.
2. Risk Management:
- Conduct thorough risk assessments related to connected product deployments, identifying potential
vulnerabilities and implementing proactive measures to mitigate risks.
3. Security Architecture:
- Design and implement secure architectures for IoT solutions, considering data integrity,
confidentiality, and availability requirements.
- Stay abreast of emerging threats and technologies to continuously enhance security postures.
4. Incident Response and Management:
- Establish and lead incident response plans, ensuring rapid and effective responses to cybersecurity
incidents affecting product deployments.
- Conduct post-incident analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
5. Compliance and Standards:
- Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity standards, regulations, and industry frameworks
applicable to IoT, such as NIST, ISO, IEC, SOC and commercial building specific guidelines.
6. Security Awareness and Training:
- Develop and deliver cybersecurity training programs for internal teams involved in connected offer
development, deployment, and maintenance.
- Foster a culture of security awareness and compliance across the organization.
7. Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to address security
requirements and concerns related to commercial building solutions.
- Communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable
manner.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related IT/Engineering field.
- Proven experience in cybersecurity leadership roles, with a focus on IoT solutions & connected offers.
- In-depth knowledge of IoT technologies, protocols, and architectures.
- CerFficaFons such as CISSP, CISM, or IoT-specific cerFficaFons are highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks related to IoT security.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
