The Role: Continuous Improvement Leader
Continuous Improvement Leader shall be responsible in making sure that projects are well defined, scoped, well-planned and monitored or tracked. This role shall also be responsible for leading and executing programs to simplify and match the related and organizational systems with the importance of consumers and stakeholders.
This leader shall also partner with Operations leaders to identify improvement opportunities, collect and analyze data, process analogy, validate hypothesis and challenge the status quo to make sure that all areas in the organization are reviewed continuously and regularly.
This role shall also be responsible in leading simple to very complex projects, strategic and tactical in nature. From roadmap creation, frame working to organizational restructuring and from project discovery to delivery to stakeholders.
Ability to provide the right project methodology to every junior project leaders and able guide and mentor them.
What will you do?
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Manages the Process/Continuous improvement within their region or Business to support Customer Satisfaction and Quality.
Leads the Quality Performance operations and ensuring operating strategies and procedures are aligned with general company goals and in accordance with quality performance activities.
1. Develop strategy and identify opportunity for continuous improvement within their region or Business. 2. Implement continuous improvement by using “Lean Six Sigma” and others methodologies 3. Work collaboratively with related functions to ensure all methods / processes deliver the expected benefit to customers and business bottom line. 4. Coordinate the implementation of agreed changes and monitor to ensure they are robust and sustainable. 5. Coach the teams to ensure that the organization is a highly motivated and competent and lives the quality and process improvement culture.
SECONDARY FUNCTIONS:
· Provide business information, analysis together with supporting data.
· Facilitate and help teams to create process maps, evaluate process “as is” state
· Identify opportunities to increase the efficiency, effectiveness and business impact of assigned areas.
· Participate & facilitate teams to redesign assigned business processes including new process maps,
· Develop and deliver associated training modules, communicate process changes.
· Share identified best practices across all relevant functions
· Communicate effectively with, influence, and gain support from all levels of the organization on large scale business process changes.
· Help development and deliver training modules to facilitate the roll-out of business process changes.
· Works with divisional process owners to understand key process automation requirements, existing process flows, goals, constraints, etc.
· Serves as technical contributor on large scale business process projects
· Assists in change management to get business acceptance at all levels (Senior Management, Managerial & staff).
· Establishes client relationships that facilitate cross-functional coordination and communication.

Who would be successful?
EDUCATION—MINIMUM REQUIRED LEVEL:
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt or Blackbelt trained. - Project Management - Change Catalyst - Transformational Leader
EXPERIENCE—MINIMUM REQUIRED:
· 3-5 years of project management and related experience
· Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
· Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
· Excellent analytical skills
· Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
· Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 1—REQUIRED:
Project Management Methodology expert
Lean Six Sigma certification is an added advantage
Excellent Stakeholder Management skills
Strong analytical skills.
Highly motivated and achievement oriented.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrates leadership skills – as shown in the ability to influence others and supervise others directly or indirectly through Project work.
Exhibits appropriate professional/ethical standards.
Flexible, with the ability to manage more than one project at a time and agile enough to be deployed to other teams periodically.
Fast learner with an ability to quickly learn key elements of a business unit and eager to learn new skills e.g. audit, business process development/improvement, change management etc.
