Position Summary:
The Client Associate manages the day to day relationship with clients and serves as the main point of contact. The Client Associate manages most aspects of the energy management and procurement program, such as procurement and risk management recommendations, reporting, energy budgets etc. for those clients. This position is based out of our Louisville, Kentucky office.
Position responsibilities:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned group of industrial client
· Develop long term relationships with persons in the clients' organizations
· Assist with the leadership of the industrial clients in the Client Associate's portfolio to making cost effective and sustainable decisions related to their energy costs and usage so as to strategically position each company
· Assist the clients with purchase transactions
· Support the Client Manager and Client Implementation Team in setup and implementation of data for new clients
· Report out on the clients energy program using Schneider Electric's proprietary software Struxtureware Resource Advisor and advanced visualization functionality
· Lead, manage, complete, and delegate tasks specific to the clients' scope of work to ensure each client is served with excellence and sees the value being delivered
· Coordinate of client meetings using internal resources when appropriate, prepare the materials for the meeting(s), and present to clients' primary contacts and leadership

Qualifications :
Essential skills and qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree required, along with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a service industry with some direct customer-interface experience either in sales or client relationship, or equivalent experience.
• Proficient computer experience in Microsoft Office Products particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• High commitment to the company's vision and values.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Good professional reputation; commitment to personal integrity and strong character.
• Proven track record of providing excellent customer service internally and externally.
• Effective working in team environment.
Preferred skills and qualifications:
• Prior energy industry experience preferred but not required
• Basic knowledge of energy industry and demonstrated ability to identify cost-saving or value generating opportunities and effectively communicate them to various parties a plus
• Overall energy commodity, risk management, or DSM experience a plus
• Advanced computer proficiency
