We are looking for an intern with interest in Graphics Design, Digital Engineering, Information Technologies, Communication, and Instructional Design. Some knowledge is essential for all applicants. Experience gained in the classroom, projects and through personal application will be considered.

As Change & Learning Management intern , you will support the OCM team to develop, update, and enhance learning materials, documents, guides, exercises for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) as well as in planning and executing change initiatives collaborating with global teams. This includes change management plans, creating, managing, and delivering communication and knowledge content; analyzing, monitoring, and tracking data related to the progress of initiatives.

Specific duties include, but may not be limited to:

· Develop, Update, Enhance PLM learnings materials
· Work closely with PLM Learning & Change Management leader
· Develop and update PLM learning materials (this also includes exercise plans, guides, documentations, presentations, FAQs)
· Assist on communications, raising awareness on the PLM learning materials, Webinars, Q&A sessions
· Execute and test the learning modules and exercise plans. Ensure they are clear, easy to do, and function correctly. Provide the necessary feedbacks and implement the improvements
· Collaborate with the Organizational Change Management team to create communications, learning documentation and media using different software and platforms.
· Support in the organization of global learning sessions.
· Support in the knowledge management inside the company.
· Help monitor and analyze data related to training engagement initiatives.

·  The ability to work in multi-cultural teams as well as acting autonomously as appropriate.

Some technical knowledge and/or studies in one or more of these areas:

·  Multimedia graphic design.
·  Instructional design.
·  MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, PowerApps)
·  Video-editing software (ie. Camtasia, Articulate)
·  Content Management skills.
·  Digital Resources skills
·  Information Technology skills
·  Web design skills
·  PTC products (Windchill, Creo parametric) is a plus
