· Provide General Information and Quick Response/Answer to The Customer for : Logistic inquiries & Technical inquiries
· Customer Complaint Management
· Handle special case due to Faulty product / Quality info
· Reporting
· Additional jobs based on the needs for improving customer satisfaction
· QSHE
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Bachelor Degree: Electrical Engineering
· Open for Fresh Graduate
· Specific Requirement: Agile, digitize, willing to learn, excited for any challenge, good attitude, able to maintain a good relations with the customer
