Job description

1. As Business Finance Controller for System, Services and Digital Businesses. Together with the Business VP you ensure all key drivers generate faster growth than market and profitably

2. Provide proactive finance support for all areas of business

3. Ensure accuracy and integrity of Forecast and Report and working to improve process and procedure

4. Together with BVP, drive planning and forecast to the timelines with appropriate audit trails and underlying business rationale, draw and implement action plan to achieve high performance results .

5. Effectively deliver on the aligned finance and business agenda

6. Leverage intelligent/ digital tools to analyze financial and operational information

7. Support and drive Efficiency program

An idea of the monthly cadence:

Ø Analyze with business insight (customer/segment/project…) actual result

Ø Provide from business input the forecast

Ø Monitor during the month actual to forecast, identify and alert on risk & opportunities

Ø Execute the strategy

Ø Quarterly QBR preparations

Ø Transform the current way of working toward standardization for efficiency in coordination with other East Asia countries

Ø Digitilize our way of working, by following corporate direction and tools deployment, plus your proposal.
