ABOUT THE PROGRAMS

Schneider Internship Program offers a 6-month professional trial aiming at attracting, growing and developing the most competent university students across the country into the Company and groom them to become future leader pipelines of Schneider Electric.

The Program also looks at offering a real business context outside of education environment and as one of the Vietnam Best Places to Work for students to apply and pursuing career themselves with Company in both technical and commercial career paths.

JD:

· Be responsible for processing, maintaining, making reports and analyzing topline performance from SAP in terms of Product view, Channel view and Sales team view on daily and monthly basis. Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of all topline data.
· Build insightful, timely and comprehensive reports and dashboards for Business Vice Presidents to keep track daily on their Channels, Customers and Sales team's performance.
· Be responsible for rebate management of partners, including Building report and dashboard to keep track daily on partner's sales to target, Calculating and processing rebate payment and Managing rebate accrual in topline report.
· Be responsible for calculating Sales Incentive of sales team.
· To keep track and ensure data quality of bFO (Salesforce CRM) in terms of pipeline health and customer account's information.
· Support on ad-hoc tasks related to data including Channel/Product/Sales team performance review, Rebate analysis, Price analysis, Pipeline analysis etc.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Qualifications - External

·  Bachelor’s Business, Finance, Statistics, IT, or related fields with 0-2 years of experience in data-related jobs
·  Be an expert in the usage of advanced Excel and Access. Having experience with SQL, Tableau/Power BI, SAP, or other data tools is a plus
·  High level of critical thinking, analytical thinking, attention to detail & numerical skill
·  Experience working with multiple stakeholders across various divisions.
·  Be collaborative and have a client-centric mindset
·  Excellence writting and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese
·  Comfortable working with large data sets and numbers
