Schneider Electric ( DTN ) is seeking a highly intelligent, dynamic and energized Data Mapping/Analyst to join our EAI Integrated Services team. The chosen candidate will work with middleware software that distinguishes data to a component level and create processes to produce various formats of data. Our team supports the foremost global refined fuel companies and integrates their documents into Schneider Electric proprietary systems, by formatting their documents for delivery. You will work with external customers to integrate our Back Office Transformation Services for their business needs and internally with a cross-functional team representing customer support, sales, and IT.

Hours are 9:00am to 6:00pm or 9:30am to 6:30pm, Monday through Friday. This position requires on-call after business hours rotation every 3-4 weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
· Technical lead on assigned projects
· Develop transformation processes using Adeptia or IBM DataStage.
· Project Management and Quality Control
· Participate in requirements and process designs.
· Prepare documentation for mapping and processes.
· Support operational department and production systems when needed.
Desired profile
Qualifications – General:
· Associates or other Degrees: Computer and Information Systems Managers, Computer Programmer or Computer Systems Analyst. Data Mapping experience a Plus.
· Must be able to trouble shoot application issues
· Java, Java Script and XML is a plus
· Strong problem solving skills, the ability to work independently, and great communication skills are required.
· Excel, Outlook, Access and Windows experience required
· Must be able to work in a team environment and participate in the on-call rotation required.
· Ability to multi-task several projects to accomplish team goals required.
· Experience with IBM DataStage or Adeptia is a PLUS
· Ability to learn quickly
Qualifications – Entry Level:
· 1 to 2 years of working with data transformation software or equivalent preferred.
· Good data modeling skills (normalized and multidimensional), practices and procedures required.
· Basic troubleshooting skills to identify data translation issues/bottlenecks
· Some experience with XML, XSD, Fixed Length and CSV Comma Separated Value Files, required.
Qualifications - Experienced:
· 2+ years of working with data transformation software or equivalent preferred.
· Strong data modeling skills (normalized and multidimensional), practices and procedures required.
· Strong troubleshooting skills to identify data translation issues/bottlenecks
· Experience with XML, XSD, Fixed Length and CSV Comma Separated Value Files, required.
· Previous experience using UNIX Shell scripting and Solaris preferred.
