WPF Quality Supervisor

Job description

- Manufacturing Quality System

Ensure systematic approach of line product quality, implement PFMEA, quality control plan, defect library in WPF and regular review to make sure system running well

To reach total customer satisfaction through PRR reduction

Deeply involve in manufacturing line architect design and improvement to increase manufacturing result in MDR and NQC

Boost continue improvement through Kaizen and 6 Sigma project

- Plant New Projects Introduction

Work with project to ensure new project launching per schedule, and its quality under control.

-Supplier quality improving

Provide related information to SQE team and push team for supplier performance improvement

Work with sourcing department to execute SAM (supplier selection, approval, qualification and disqualification).

Drive suppliers for corrective actions and monitor the CA effectiveness.

Supporting buyer for nonconforming materials return to supplier. (explain technical related to supplier for the acknowledge and acceptance for the return).

Conduct regular Supplier Quality Performance Rating/Review and initiate action plan towards improvement opportunity

- Quality issue management

Lead team (test, production, TE, SQE etc) to work on line quality issue analysis

- People management

Provide vision, strategy and priority to all PQE

Balance workload of team

Coach and train PQE on hard skill and soft skill

To be the agency implement change

Retain and develop team

Desired profile

Job Requirement:

Education:

Bachelor or Master in electronic Engineering background

Job Related Experience:

> 6 years. experience in supplier quality control & In-process quality control,

Business Understanding:

HR knowledge, Quality management knowledge.

Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills):

Good English & PC skill. Problem solving skill
