What do you get to do in this position?

Maintains receiving, warehousing, and picking operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures. Make sure warehouse's 5S and

H&S optimize the goods stored in warehouse and ensure inventory accuracy and warehouse safety
Participate warehouse project to

set up, expand, and improve the development of warehouse infrastructure.
Safeguards warehouse operations and

contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.

Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
Assist Warehouse Supervisors to

train warehouse operators and evaluate their performance.

Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results

Maintains professional and

technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Maintain effective communication

while coordinating with QC, Planning, Engineering and Transportation department and logistics services provider to achieve company objectives.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

This job might be for you if:

Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering (Masters is a plus)

· Minimum 3 to 5 years' warehouse/logistics management experience in Logistics/Industrial field.

· 2-3 years of SAP experience (SAP in an ETO environment is a plus)

· Bilingual is a plus

· Lean Expert and Green belt is a plus

· APICS is a plus

· Excellent organizational, time management, communication, decision-making and relationship management skills.

· Flexibility to respond to shifting priorities and ability to prioritize work with minimal supervision.

· Demonstrated leadership abilities

· Knowledge of or experience in a lean manufacturing environment

· Very strong interpersonal skills – including strong conflict resolutions skills

· Ability to envision team improvements and rally the team to achieve them

· Positive, enthusiastic, team player, champion for the business and our customers.

· Intermediate to advanced computer skills to include Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Power Point.
