VIE - PMO Assistant - Boston H/F

Main missions :

1/ Support the PMO in the administration of tools support: Supporting the tooling systems (JIRA, Confluence, Planview, Low Code, ….)

2/ Support PMO to define the processes on the tools governance (change requests management, Test management, Dashboard, Release Management, etc…).

3/ Support project managers and getting a high level of project health (Quality, Risks, Issues, Schedule, Costs) and participate to the weekly project review.

Desired profile

Profile and Competences:




The VIE is an international programme for young professionals between the age of 18 and 28 who are European Union nationals. In addition, the candidate cannot come from the country hosting the mission.

Education: Master degree

Technical Field: Project management & Cloud base software (JQL code).

Work experience needed: Get experience project management and JQL programming and/or Cloud Base Software programming.

Requested languages: fluent in English

Personal abilities or skills: Motivated and team player
