Job description

Required Skills :

• 3-4 years of Experience in Troubleshooting as L2 Support (prefeberaly with Avaya/ Cisco/Alcatel0.
• Have Cisco Certified Network Associate Voice (CCNA) certification. CCNP Voice preferred.
• Installs, configures, maintains, and performs system testing of assigned systems or processes
• Proficient in core Avaya platform CM, SMG/SM
• Contact Center/Call Center experience
• Must have good technical knowledge on Avaya PBX platforms, Voice Mail servers
• Experience in handling VOIP protocols like SIP and Infrastructure protocols like ISDN and Analog Signalling.
• Maintain and update voice network diagrams and vendor information for voice network devices
• Work with Third Party Providers to assist in Problem resolution of telecommunication Problems
• Work with other teams like Infrastructure, Client, Partner and OEM teams for deployment of solutions within defined project timeline
• Knowledge of ITIL process ,ITIL Foundation

Essential Day-to-day Responsibilities

• Vendor Management : Engage telecom service providers and ensure best services at optimal cost are delivered.
• Data Analysis
• RCA for the incidents reported and Preparing correction plans.
• Handle entire Telecom Infrastructure for Alcatel/Avaya VOIP telephony for all Group entities of Schneider electric in India.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering.
• Critical thinking skills and the ability to efficiently gather and process information in a fast paced environment are required.
• Ability to interact with all levels of managers and end-users in the organization
