This position is based in West Kingston, RI and to start as soon as possible. Expected hours per week are 20-25. Ideally, the individual will have the ability to intern consistently for long-term and potentially be hired direct after completion of Degree.

Our Global Marketing, Market Operations, Technology and Data team, is looking for an intern to assist in file maintenance and management within our digital asset management (DAM) platform and video delivery platform. Once trained, this individual will concentrate on metadata updates, status changes, asset inventory of the above platforms. This may also include QA, troubleshooting technical issues and documentation. The candidate will also receive exposure to the Market Operations and Creative Studios team.

Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Management of marketing content to support print, digital and video projects.
- Bulk metadata field changes for files
- Usability, QA, troubleshooting and documentation of these platforms
- Work in Adobe to update files and links
- Keep projects and hours on track through our project management software.

Desired profile

Qualifications:

- Pursuing Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of Adobe preferred
- Knowledge of digital media formats preferred
- Effective results orientation and self motivation with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills, PC and Mac based systems.
- Solid communications (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under deadlines.
