Seeking a TalentLink Support Specialist to join the Global HR Digital Services Team.
Manage inflow of tickets from various countries coming to the L3 HR Que
Filter, analyse the ticket and provide appropriate solution or transfer the ticket to the technical team (IPO)
Update tickets status/ journal entries on a daily basis
Follow up with our technical team (IPO) to ensure tickets are closed and status is updated in Remedy with the correct resolution.
Update Case HR (HR ticketing system) with the solution provided by IPO
Ensure the requestor is informed on the progress of tickets
Ensure ticket status is updated in Case HR once the ticket is closed by IPO
Desired profile
Bachelor's Degree with 2-4 yrs relevant experience.
