What do you get to do in this position

· Managing of and expedition of Customer PO's
· Work closely with suppliers and streamline business process
· Ensure continuous needs/resources balance availability, components and sub-assemblies and finished goods.
· Manage the back-order portfolio, the shortage and take actions to insure the availability of product
· Work closely with Accounts Payable and internal customers to resolve supplier payment issues.
· Analyze and update: buy history to determine best method of procurement for the commodity; shortages to expedite according to work order start dates; and shortage report with daily/current comments on the delivery status of the component shortage.
· Work in cooperation with Supply Chain Planning team to provide material commitments to orders.
· Support special projects as needed.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

This job might be for you if:

·  December 2019 or May 2020 graduates
·  Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering at local university
·  Exposure to a manufacturing environment preferred
·  Must be driven and have an enthusiasm to learn and develop key business skills.
·  Proficient in MS Office, advanced Excel skills. Macros experience a plus
·  Analytical and detail oriented
·  Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
·  Candidates must have high energy, self-motivator and be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
