The NAM Resale Team has an outstanding opportunity for a passionate individual to fill a 13 month contact position assuming the role of a Supply Chain Coordinator. This position would be part of the team responsible for managing orders for products processed through Canada Resale. The focus of this role is to manage orders placed onto Canada Resale. You would also be responsible for working closely with internal customers, operations, IG and OG suppliers, transportation, and your colleagues to improve lead-times, maintain CPD accuracy, OTDS, OTDC and BOL. Within this role you will also be working on process improvement projects to increase customer satisfaction. This position is accountable for supporting the NAM Supply Chain Planning team.

What do you get to do in this position?
· Printing and sorting order data reports
· Placing POs onto suppliers
· Managing lines in Q2C to maintain accuracy
· Responding to order inquiries and expedite requests in BFO CRM
· Working closely with suppliers, operations and transportation to expedite and resolve issues
· Manage excess inventory (including inventory counts)
· Analyze excess inventory, process returns and prepare scrap forms
· Maintain the freight error maintenance queue
· Prepare invoices for operations to be able to process inbound shipments
· Sending notification letters to customers pertaining to their orders
· Resolve issues with lines that could not be processed (invoiced) by operations
· Correcting lines in the system that show on the error reports
· Analyze data and provide results
· Improve OTDS, OTDC and BOL
· Assist with colleagues' tasks and provide backup support as needed
Desired profile
Qualifications :
This job might be for you if:
· Possess a high level of understanding operations, global supply chain, logistics
· Have working knowledge in Excel
· Possess a strong attention to detail
· Possess good interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
· Ability to independently solve problems
· Innovative
· 1-5 years of supply chain and logistics experience
