Job description
Mission: Lead or participate in various strategic projects; support the transformation programs and important corporate development activities (e.g. M&A, JV, partnership):
Main tasks:
· Drive the overall delivery of or participate to lead on certain stream of key strategic projects for markets understandings or important business topics at e.g. customer segment, business line / portfolio, strategic marketing, or go-to-market / value chain dimensions
· Facilitate in execution of various strategic and transformational initiatives and deep dives of key transformation areas
· Participate in various Strategic Intelligence activities to reflect the solid customer, market, and competition trends
· Help organize, structure, and follow-up the pipeline of acquisition targets
· Participate in Business planning process
· Develop executive-level presentation and communication in a high professional standard

Qualifications :
Required skills:
· Strong analytical & problem solving skills; ability to screen for information from multiple sources and evaluate companies' profiles based on the limited amount of data.
· Fast learning capacity; ability to quickly absorb information on various topics and synthesize it to make meaningful conclusions.
· Market sizing skills; basic finance literacy; structured thinking.
· Communication skills, open-mindedness, ability to communicate with counterparts from different parts of organization.
· Ability to work under time pressure.
· Good MS PowerPoint skills; report writing skills, ability to build models in MS Excel.
Languages: Fluency in spoken and written English.
Education: Masters in Management, MBA preferred.
