· Manage a number of software deployment and projects
· Gather client requirements and feedback, working with consultants and product managers to develop a project plan and ensure a viable implementation
· Develop a trusted relationship with the customer through delivering their requirements
· Oversee project team interactions coordinating project elements and communicating project progress, both internally and to customers
· Plan transition of responsibility to support team once project delivery is complete
· Work with senior technical staff to improve and mature deployment project management processes

Job Profile

A Senior Project Application Engineer position has become available due to growth within the team. The purpose of the job is to provide technical expertise during the design, implementation, installation and maintenance of Manufacturing Operating Management (MES) systems following detailed customer requirements.

They will ensure that client needs are met and that products and solutions are fully functioning according to specification. The successful candidate may also provide sales related activities and architectural designs.

They will also work on international projects within an international team ensuring the project is meeting the expectations of the client on scope, time and quality, whilst liaising closely with the Project Manager on the commercial and scheduling effect of scope variations.

Key Responsibilities :

· Interprets customer technical specifications and assists customers in defining detailed requirements.
· Prepares detailed specifications on MES systems.
· Consult customers on manufacturing based software solutions.
· Works on the Design, Configuration, Implementation, Testing and Commissioning of the Wonderware Software solution.
· Able to empower individual expertise to team members.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Key Requirements :

·  An experienced professional providing technical consultation on MES systems.
·  Expert Knowledge on MES systems or other industry related systems.
·  Experience with Wonderware Solutions is a plus.
·  Expert on Microsoft environment (.Net, SQL, Azure, etc.)
·  Resolving a wide range of design and implementation issues in creative ways.
·  Travelling up to 40% of the time

Education :

Degree in Software Engineering or Automation & Industrial Software

Languages:

Fluent in English.
