Your Mission:

You will be responsible for creating, adapting, promoting integrated, intelligent solutions for customers from the Mining, Minerals & Metals segment with a specific focus on the Metals sub-segment.

Capitalizing on in-depth knowledge of customer process, applications and decision criteria the position holder must work closely with Solution Architects, Segment Marketing / Offer Management and Lines of Business to establish Voice of the Customer, solution offer strategy, solution roadmap requirements, solution offer definition to create and bring a differentiating value proposition to the customer.

Your Responsibilities:

· Lead the drive for customer driven technical innovation in segment solutions through customer intimacy and major project experiences.
· Support the segment Value Proposition development and define segment solution strategy based on the Value Propositions.
· Define the reference architectures & author the technical strategy documents, the technical Offer specifications.
· Support the Segment Offer Manager in technical negotiations with BUs/LoBs.
· Define and coordinate training for Segment Solutions in the Launch phase
· Establish the “Thought Leadership” position in the market and build credibility with customers
· Animate the Solution Architects community in the segment to transform the group to a cohesive, collaborative group able to learn and leverage each other's experiences.
· Support major sales pursuits and customer technology road-maps and lead customer co-innovation efforts as required

About You:

· Customer understanding: Very strong experience in the targeted segment, preferably operation, maintenance, design/engineering of customer applications
· Excellent and actual knowledge of customer pain-points, expectations and deliverables.
· Good technical knowledge of the Schneider Electric Solution offers (Cross Domain) and competitive environment
· System architecture methodology, starting from customer needs identification.
· Knowledge of SE Innovation/Offer Creation processes or experience in creating technical requirement documents for R&D process is a plus.
· Project management experience
· Team management experience (direct or indirect)
· Strong experience years in similar position (i.e. Solution architect, system architect, solution design)
