Main missions:
 
·        1/ The sales operations analyst creates sales reports for the Sales and Marketing EURA (Europe Russia Africa) leadership team and uses the data from reports to feed into the teams strategic planning as well as being the focal point for the EURA Software (SW) Sales Forecast
 
·        2/ The sales operations analyst works with EURA management to enforce sales discipline and sales process through regular review and provide general infrastructure and discipline
 
·        3/ The sales operations analyst acts as a focal point for CQA reviews approval & management as well as act as focal point to EURA sales management to track
associated campaigns and performance
 
·        4/ The sales operations analyst will work with EURA SW sales management and finance to track and measure the sales Team performance & Quarterly commission payment and identifies areas of weakness the organization can address to improve sales.

·  5/ The sales operations analyst will also the “bridge Front Office” (bFO SalesForce.com) EURA SW sales focal point.

Profile and Competences:

The VIE is an international program for young professionals between the age of 18 and 28 who are European Union nationals. In addition the candidate cannot come from the country hosting the mission.
 
Education: Graduate/ MBA
