Reporting to the Schneider Digital organization and supporting Marketing and Business departments (Global and Local) you will join a "Digital " team walking a digital transformation centered around the customer journey.

Your experience in Business/Marketing combined with your sharp expertise in Data Analytics will help our Business in their function as

Strategy Insight – Learn from keywords what trends are happening in the industry. For example “IoT” what conversations are happening around IoT that could impact the business.

Negative/Crisis Management - Brand terms + Negative keywords -> triggers email notifications, anomaly detection

Competitive Insights - benchmark against competitors to derive conversation Share of Voice, brand ticker

Monitor campaign performance and competitor activity to surface insight around initiatives that are currently running. Inspire content strategy & help identify relevant content and repeat campaign success

Monitor product launches.

Other sources such as the analysis of customer's questions and satisfaction through our Customer Care Center tools or the analysis of our web traffic are relevant sources for use by Marketing.

Your mission will therefore be to make sense of the available data, extract them and share them in order to enhance them and help the department make strategic and operational decisions.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Engineering or master's degree in statistics and computer science, you have ideally completed your course with an MBA in marketing / business.

You have a first experience (at least apprenticeship, VIE) of data analyst on commercial or marketing data.

Structured and rigorous, you are comfortable working with business teams in a multicultural environment. You seek initiative and your quality of analysis allows you to be a source of proposals for your internal partners.
