Job description

Job Purpose

This position is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing SE customers to identify the scope of work, estimate and sell system adds/modifications and maintenance agreements so as to meet or exceed his/her profitable sales target.

Develops new sales opportunities and addresses and services the needs of established accounts. Utilizes excellent products/solutions/services and customer knowledge to educate customers on pricing and application advantages, and how they meet customer's needs. Creates FS Service proposals, and close them facing the customer.

Key Responsibilities

·  Identifies the key markets and customer and evaluates the potential for services sales.
·  Accordingly, propose tactics to generate and develop service sales.
·  Co-ordinate with customer service and support manager and implements relevant action plan.
·  Takes lead and protective approach for meeting O%5CI targets.
·  Implements pre-sales analysis / selection of projects, monitors and update priority list (TSOP).
·  Co-ordinates effectively with supporting organization for quotes, technical support and order execution.
·  Closely monitor key accounts.
·  Prepare effective and timely reports to management (Project monitoring, sales status, forecast).
·  Ensure the proper implementation of the company policies and procedures.
·  Build up and secure sufficient Pipeline.
·  Financial basics knowledge

Desired profile

·  Degree in University (Business Administration or Engineering).
·  Not less than 3 years Experience in Sales of electrical Equipment and Packages.
·  Motivated, self starter who is prepared to do things himself as well as work through his team.
·  Knowledge in UPS equipment and protection schemes.
·  Knowledge of competitors ranges of product / equipment would be a plus.
·  Gulf Experience would be a plus - knowledge of local specifications and rules in Data Centers
·  Good knowledge / experience in Commercial terms / risks.
·  Fluency in English and Arabic.
·  Hands on experience in Microsoft office and Tendering Tools
·  Able to work under pressure and to innovate to achieve objectives.
·  Technically strong with a good commercial approach.
·  Ability to travel from time to time across Gulf Countries as well as internationally.
·  Knowledge or experience of the following, while not a current requirement of the job would be plus: UPS technologies, Cooling, DCIM.
