We are currently seeking a professional to join Schneider Electric as Services Sales Representative (SSR)

Location: Selangor, Malaysia


In this role, you will

The responsibilities of this position will be to support the growth of the service sales efforts in the after sales market. This position will be working very closely with direct customer as well as working with regional new sales managers, service partners and order fulfillment to secure after sales business as well as track sales performance. The services SSR will also help solve customer problems and support the efforts of service sales efforts.
· Acquisition of service customers
· Responsibility for on time customer information regarding preventive maintenance and parts replacement
· Prepare technical and financial offers for all services in the region including customer service related support to GUTOR new sales
· Contract negotiation and project handover to order fulfillment.
· Ensure Partners have tools required to drive revenues
· Monitor incoming orders
· Collect Partner results for report generation
· Process renewals both direct and through Partners
· Communicate with Customers
· Process warranty expiration to Partners for conversion and monitor their progress monthly
· Ensure correct information in Siebel
· Work with Legal on special contract terms
· Provide leads to new sales for system replacement tech support

Desired profile

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

·  BS Electrical Engineering or equivalent, AC/DC Power Knowledge,
·  The SSR position requires 2+ year experience dealing with GUTOR products and services and knowledge of GUTOR processes and procedures
·  The ideal candidate will have proven success in prior sales roles
·  Strong interpersonal communication and relationship building skills
·  Time management and organizational skills
·  Ability to generate sales and uncover selling opportunities within existing GUTOR clientele
·  Superior oral and written communication skills in English is a must
·  Proficiency in the use of personal computers is required
·  Strong ability to function in a team
