We have 5 outstanding opportunities across the country for motivated students who have completed their Bachelor's degree or MBA. You'll be exposed to global teams, large business processes, innovative technology, and our customers.

Our Rotational Program, which is available to recent University grads with diverse backgrounds, is designed to attract the best talent, evaluate and develop future employees and provide a well-rounded experience. We believe a large part of an effective Rotational Program involves the development of challenging work assignments and measurable learning objectives that complement your academic programs. As part of an ongoing initiative to develop and retain a highly talented workforce, our goal is to provide exposure in 3 main areas of our Business over a 2 to 3 year period. As part of this Program you will become a permanent employee who will work and gain experience in Quotations, Manufacturing/engineering, Sales as well as Marketing.

Qualifications :

Requirements:

·  Has completed, or will be completing in 2018, a Bachelor of Engineering degree or higher program such as MBA or Masters (Electrical or Mechanical focus)
·  3.2 GPA or higher (on a 4 point scale)
·  Ability to speak and read English fluently; bilingual skills a plus (mandatory in QC)
·  Ability to be located in one of Schneider Electric's facilities in Canada (Mississauga, ON; Montreal, QC; Calgary/Edmonton, AB; Richmond, BC)
·  0 - 3 years of experience
