Job description
We are looking for a Sales Manager m/f with focus on solar services selling to join the team in Berlin.
The Solar Services Sales Manager is working with the Solar Key Account Managers, and is responsible for the sales of solar services to customers in Central/Eastern Europe, for their Photovoltaic (PV) projects.
Your tasks - versatile
Services Selling, in close cooperation with Key Account Management:

Understand customer O&M schemes and service expectations, and demonstrate the value of Schneider proposition
·
Promote reference service offers / Prepare service pricing and customer offerings
·
Contract negotiation and identification of add-on services opportunities on existing customer base
·
Services Marketing, in close cooperation with Service Global Marketing and Execution Centers:
·
Interact with marketing and local execution teams to understand/adapt reference architecture to customer needs
·
Benchmark competitors services package and pricing, identify and share trends in customer expectations
·
Services Execution, in close cooperation with Execution Centers:
·
Transfer deals and signed contracts to execution centers
·
Value Services execution results to customers
·
Follow up contracts and ensure contracts renewal/adaptations leveraging results and benchmarks
Your profile - qualified
·
Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering
·
3+ years of experience in solar services and/or sales (good knowledge of customer vocabulary, pain-points, expectations and deliverables)
·
Business fluency in German and English
·
Excellent communication skills combined with the ability to convince others and foster cooperation
·
Willingness to travel on business (approx. 50%)
