Sales Manager for Datacenter Solutions
located in Vilnius, Tallinn or Riga
Are you up for a new challenge? We're seeking an independent and driven IT Sales Manager with experience in the Data Center Field to join our growing IT Division. Your main tasks will be to develop and strengthen our offer towards the IT/Infrastructure segment and support our current business!

Your key Responsibilities:
· Developing and securing new contacts and business;
· Conducting market research and detecting project opportunities
· Professionally selling appropriate Schneider Electric solutions; network-, server- and cooling solutions
· Driving and developing projects effectively, providing consultations , advising & training , sharing the Schneider Electric experience
· Partner management ; Continuously maintain and develop relationships with our partners
· Ensuring effective communication with the rest of Schneider Electric team, key customers and partners
· Driving the sales process from plan to close and achieving key sales targets
The requirements:
· University degree in Engineering , Business Administration, Physics or adequate field;
· Minimum 3 years of experience in sales;
· Knowledge of the Data Center market in following fields; UPS- Cooling- and Rack systems.
· Preferable market knowledge ; End User, Partner & System Integrator
· Ability to work well in a team as well as individually
· Excellent ability to build relationship with clients;
· Ability to sell and influence;
· Willingness to take ownership and initiative ;
· Very good knowledge of English and one of the Baltic languages. Russian will be seen as an advantage;
· Driving license (category B).
