The role of Sales Engineer Support is to offer administrative support to remotely bases Sales colleagues to ensure they can best utilise their time in field and in front of customers. The role also includes administrative tasks and support for other areas of the business to ensure the most effective and efficient use of time.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Duties include:

Receiving and allocating all calls and emails from the Sales community into office based staff
Offer support on price and availability queries received from customers via the Sales teams
Supply copy quotes on behalf of the TBO tendering department
Regular reporting of performance of the business trends administered by the team
