We have an exciting opportunity to join NJ Froment as a Sales Engineer , based in Stamford (near Peterborough) UK. Established in 1947 they have been a leading supplier of power test equipment for over four decades and have also established a strong position as a front runner in the development of load bank and dynamometer power testing products. They operate from a purpose-built factory; well equipped with modern computer aided design and manufacturing facilities.

Since 2012 Froment has been part of ASCO Power Technologies , a Business Unit of Schneider Electric.

The Mission

To focus on the sales of ASCO load bank product through the wider Schneider Electric network in Asia and EMEA, with specific focus on the support of our products in Canada, Latin America and the US. You will achieve this through building relationships across the business and acting as the internal expert for all related enquiries.

Your responsibilities are to identify and secure business (intra) sales channels and opportunities, own, meet and exceed sales targets and work collaboratively to achieve the overall business goal. You will be required to travel to world areas as required to support sale of product, achieve regional and company targets, carry out quarterly review process, educate customer and wider company sales staff.

Who You Are

· Preferred candidates will have a successful track record in relationship based account management and business development
· HND/degree in electrical engineering or equivalent qualification/experience
· Internal partner focus to driving sales through various channels
· Driven to achieve the best results; you also have to be a great team player and strong internal networker
