Job description
This position plays a pivotal role in the simplification and communication of complex financial information within Schneider Electric and to ensure correct execution of the revenue and cost calculations inside Schneider Digital. This role will complete the analytical activities involved in determining a) user based recharges b) revenue recognition and posting c) separation of costs relating to SFC, MBC & DVC and d) calculation and reconciliation of all global recharges as they relate to ‘Investing' and ‘Run'.
This role will support the Head of Accounting & Compliance through the accurate and timely presentation of Financial information which supports each of the recharge calculations.
To fulfill the requirements of the position below. This role will work closely with the Shared Services teams and other finance team members to ensure that all regular deliverables are met. The incumbent works closely with Shared Services teams to ensure accurate and timely information is provided as well as working closely with the domestic business to ensure that account positions truly reflect the business environment.

REQUIREMENTS
Education:
· Undergraduate Degree in Accounting or related discipline plus CPA or CA qualified.

Revenue and Cost
· Ensure the centralization of all activities which relate to the user base cost calculations
· Make sure that calculations and reconciliations of these costs are completed monthly
· Ensure recharge of user based costs are conducted on a quarterly basis
· Monitor and ensure the timely and accurate reporting of any revenue in relation to IoT products are completed on a monthly basis
· Understand and analyze the cost base which contributes to SFC, DVC and MBC type costs
· Conduct monthly analysis to identify these costs and ensure they are reported accurately
· Communicate any variances or trends identified in this area
· Ensure and indepth understanding of the ‘Investing' and ‘Operating' recharge methodology
· Lead the reconciliation process to ensure that settlement and offsetting of local v global costs occurs
· Lead the calculation of the recharge methodology and ensure communication to all parties
· Ensure purchase orders and invoices are issued on a quarterly basis
