Job description
Lead the deployment planning and execution of the MCTA (Multi Country Targeted Account) architecture strategy for Partner Projects (PP) to a select group of Specifiers.
Work with local country resources and interface directly with global customer Specifier accounts. Support channel marketing efforts directed at the top global strategic Specifier accounts
Drive the coordination and the interface internally with Strategy, Electra, Demand Gen, Sales & Country Channel Marketing and Offer Marketing. Deliver and execution on the milestones set. Gather and incorporate Specifier VOC into the deployment plan.
Act as an expert in MCTA deployment for Specifiers, deploy and promote best practices and lessons learned toward the concept and development.
Key Responsibilities:
· Steer, organize and lead project deployment for MCTA. Ensure operational management of Specifier portion of deployment. Ensure effective communication within the organization for best team coordination and motivation.
· Drive Specifier deployment project plan and support functions via appropriate actions to manage issues
· Monitor, control & report deployment status, progress & KPIs. Ensure full & effective reporting to management (reports, project reviews, …).
· Inform timely leadership team about all key & relevant project events impacting project performance or compliance with governance principles"
· Master project risks & opportunities via strong project team work. Assess the analysis of all kinds of risks & opportunities (Financial, technical, commercial, ...) then define and carry till successful completion necessary actions to avoid or mitigate risks and achieve opportunities.
· Develop customer intimacy with Specifiers, leading and organising interaction with customers and influencing organisations. Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction for both delivered solution and customer experience.
· Handle successfully various global channel Specifier marketing projects with top global accounts globally, supporting thought leadership efforts, customer events, commercial strategies and marketing content development.
· Work amongst cross functional team, collaborating with Strategy and Electra teams.
· Contribute strongly to Specifier Community of Practice globally. Identify, formalise, share and promote customer stories, lessons learned and best practices.
· Develop architecture promotional material and content regularly to support deployment and customer interactions
· Train and deploy to other resources in countries and business as project expands.
Desired profile
Qualifications :

University Degree (Marketing and/or Business) or Electrical engineering
·
English fluency is a must. Another language is optional
·
Minimum 5 years in Tendering, Specifier Field Sales or Solution Architect role
·
Project Management experience managing large projects with remote teams
·
Cross functional and commercial experience
·
Minimum 3 years experience in writing, reviewing and submitting tenders and specification documentation on solutions and offers
·
Strong communication skills, effective in a cross cultural environment to foster collaboration toward a common goal
·
Proven leadership skills in project context focusing despite stress and headwinds on business objectives Ability to understand, influence & convince in a complex matrix organisation
