What do you get to do in this position?

•Greets and provide an efficient and pleasant welcome to all visitors, customers, partners, new employees, etc
•Issues and manages access control cards for employees, visitors, contractors and vendors, etc, log out
•Security – monitor lanyard compliance, issue temp badges, grant lab access, Electrical Safety training tracking, blank badge stock tracking
•Pre-register guests & prepare Welcome slides
•Organize Exec on Deck for customer visits
•Site EHS management Admin Support for record keeping and policy creation.
•Plotter/ Printer oversight- maintenance support and Printer/Copiers/Scanners service calls.
•Coffee machines: Services calls, invoicing & maintenance
•Update digital signage system as needed
•Site Communications: Back up for site admin; Site Communication monthly tracker
•Daily reports for Visitation Trend & Tour Tracking
•Conference room reservations & support
•New Hire/Termination changes – includes badge, extension, location & OneCall
•Sign Up Sheets: Ambassador training, conference room training, Blood Drives, Electrical Safety training, Well Being, etc.
•On-site Vendor support
•Incremental Admin support as required.
•Visitor Car Service and travel support requests
•Fitness Center waivers and Parking sticker management
•Receiving and distribution of packages & mail
•Site services support- Faxing, Stamps, Dry Cleaning, etc
•Greets and assist customers, visitors and new employees
•Coordinates/manages site office supplies, office equipment and distribution of mail.

•Coordinates/manages wellness rooms supplies and schedule conflicts

Desired profile

Qualifications :

This job might be for you if:

· High School diploma or GED required, with some college coursework completed desired

· Minimum 2 years relevant work experience required

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

· Strong organizational skills

· Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of customer satisfaction
