Commercial Real Estate, Regional Solution Architect

The Commercial Real Estate, Regional Solution Architect is a catalyst and/or champion of innovation, who takes responsibility for influencing and supporting our strategic consultants in developing high performance smart building specifications. They will lead the definition of the technical solution and provide business value use cases to support the projects needs and deliver on customer expectations. The Regional Solution Architect will work closely and collaboratively with our strategic customers in Commercial Real Estate and the regional and country project teams to influence the project design specification and support the deployment of the full EcoStruxure Architecture for Smart Building applications.

· Collaborate with the other Solution Architects in the team and become the trusted advisor in the minds of our strategic Commercial Real Estate customers

· Build and animate a community within the region and countries to support Smart Building projects

· Interpret our value positions into solutions that provide unique value, innovation and differentiation by addressing business needs, customer process and technical challenges

· Develop reference designs and engineering standards by customer

· Enable our SAEs, KAMs to win business by training them on solutions and supporting sales pursuits

· Gain the confidence of BUs/LoBs to invest in our innovative solution proposals

Responsibilities

· Lead the drive for customer driven technical innovation with Commercial Real Estate customers through customer intimacy and major project experiences.

· Support the Value Proposition development for Smart Building applications.

· Define the EcoStruxure solution strategy based on the Value Propositions.

· Define reference architectures, engineering standards and author the technical strategy documents.

· Define the technical Offer specifications and influence the project stakeholders to include our specifications for tender.

· Understand all legislation that drives the solution decision choices and any certification(s) required

· Lead educational sessions on latest technology and business impact of EcoStruxure

· Support regional and country teams and/or EcoXpert's with initial design support

· Establish the “Thought Leadership” position in the market and build credibility with customers

· Animate a Solution Architects community in the region to transform the group from individuals acting alone to a cohesive, collaborative group able to learn and leverage each other's experiences with customer success.

Performance Indicators

· Order Intake for our strategic Commercial Real Estate customers

· Project specifications influenced with full EcoStruxure, with a specific emphasis on Advisors and Services

· Customer credibility as a ‘Trusted Advisor'

· Segment Solutions contribution (e.g. roadmap, launch, TVDAs, ecosystem/partners, patents etc.)

· Publications & Events promoting Segment Solutions

· Building a strong Solution Architect community

Desired profile



Qualifications :

Qualifications

· Customer centric - from practical project/sales experience, able to work with Real Estate customers and Smart Building end-users

· Practical experience working in the project design phase and deep knowledge of how to influence the project specification

· Confident speaker able to present at conferences and lead technical workshops

· Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

· Recognized leader - able to work cross functional with BUs, command respect

· Proven experiences or professional memberships of real estate industry bodies (e.g. BOMA), Sustainability professional/green building associations (e.g. USGBC LEED AP) or other related credentials will be desirable
