Product Application Engineer

Job description

• Providing Technical Support on VSD Products to Sales & Marketing Team
• Answering questions from customer and prospective customers about the features and capabilities of VSD Products
• Product commissioning at customer site when needed• Communicating customer needs and wishes to our Sales & Marketing staff

Desired profile

Qualifications :

• Speaks Thai
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering
• Excellent understanding for the Automation Products (Variable Speed Drive/PLC/Sensor)
• Field Bus (Modbus, CANopen, Ethernet) communications knowledge/ experience a significant advantage
• The ability to be a good listener, and to really understand a customer problem or question and help them solve it
• 1-3 previous experience in a technical support for Automation Business
• Good interpersonal, Initiative and customer focus
• Good English & computer skills• Have own car and license
