Job description

1. To guarantee the supplying delivery and maintain a suitable inventory level. 保证原材料供应商按要求交付，管理和维持一定的库存水平
2. To be the main contact person with suppliers for solving supply issues and supply chain improvement. 是原材料供应商的主要联系人，负责处理原材料供应商的问题和改善供应
3. To be the key user of SAP MM module for procurement purpose. SAP MM 模块的关键用户，进行采办工作
4. To maintain purchased material relevant parameters to ensure correct generation of purchasing requirement in system 维护采办系统中的参数
5. To place forecast and order to the suppliers according to purchasing requirement timely and accurately根据采购要求把预测和订单下给供应商
6. To follow up the progress of orders, take necessary measures to ensure punctual supply of goods跟踪订单状态，交付指标
7. Inventory control and optimizing, to maintain reasonable stock level, avoid shortage and overstock 原材料库存管理和优化，维系合理库存，避免缺料或超多
8. Supply chain efficiency support- to focus on flow improvement; to push and work with related department to improve the part quality problem; to support new project on scheduling launching流程优化，推动或和别的部门一起处理问题，支持新项目
9. To report requested data & information 按要求提供数据，信息

Desired profile

1. Bachelor degree/above, 2+ year experience in procurement related job; good fresh candidate with Supply Chain, Purchasing, Planning, Warehouse academic background could be considered as well

3. Skills of SAP system (MM module), familiar with materials management process.

4. Good written English, able to orally communicate, familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word & Power Point)

5. Foreign candidate, Mandarin speaking, is highly preferred
