Schneider Electric is looking for a Pricing Strategy Manager for North America, based in West Kingston, RI or alternate U.S. Hub Office.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading pricing analytics and insights through analysis of pricing metrics and data sets. You will have the opportunity to work with many different functions of the business, including but not limited to: Executive Management, Sales Management, Market Pricing, Sales Operations, Business Development, and Finance.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

· Market Intelligence and price elasticity studies
· Managing Price Performance analytics and tracking for the North America Region
· Management of contractual price agreements (annual)
· Support Quarterly Pricing and Business Reviews
· SME on new offer Price Setting for North America
· Identify areas that can improve win rates, sales and margins
· Aligning price structure across a multiple channel go to market
· Lead efficiency projects in areas that will improve both systems and operation efforts around pricing

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Candidates considered for this role will have:

·  Minimum of 3 years of pricing, finance, or similar experience
·  Bachelor's degree required
·  There is a preference for candidates with certification from Professional Pricing Society as well as experience with pricing implementation and analysis tools.
