ITIBS Outside Service Sales Representative
Mission:
The mission of the Outside Service Sales Representative is to maximize services revenue by establishing, building and nurturing relationships with assigned portfolio of Proximity Accounts. In addition to account ownership, he/she can be responsible to manage by delegation from outside sales services some tasks related to Strategic and Targeted Accounts.
Experience and qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields
· · Experience: 3 to 5 years in field service of critical cooling and power including precision cooling system and UPS.
· · Male or Female, age 25 – 35 year old
· · Business understanding on mission critical facility
· · Knowledge of market products such as VetivCo (Emerson), EATON, Socomec, etc…
· · Good command in English
· · Soft skills: sales oriented/ results oriented/ daring/ passionate/ team player/ organized/ resilient/ voice clear & understandable/ engaging & enthusiastic
· · Having experience in engineering system is preferable.
· · Flexible to travel with assigned area.
Skills and Competency
· · Basic to intermediate skill in MS Office products (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), BFO.
· · Familiarity with Schneider CPCS products and services.
· · Familiarity with phone, Internet, e-mail systems and social media
· · Verbal and written communication skills
· · Marketing knowledge
· · Product knowledge.
· · Able to work independently & self-motivated to drive service sales opportunity
· · Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and build customer relationships.
· · Successfully complete assigned training paths and successfully engage in technical sales conversations
Roles:
Represent Schneider/APC for after sell service. Be able to presume, established and develop relationship with customers. Good in planning and develop strategy to support assigned account. Be a trusted advisor to customer and have good knowledge of products and components life cycle.
Essential Responsibilities:
· · Manage assigned Accounts
· · Customer qualification and platforming
· · Research contact and identify/plan key initiatives
· · Be the Single Point of Contact for the assigned accounts and represent customer internally
· · Develop and maintain relationship with customer
· · Report & forecast on orders and sale of accounts
· · Meet daily goal for sales visit to support existing customer base and identify and pursue new opportunities with existing accounts.
· · Develop cross-selling between Line of Businesses service offer
· · Quote and close the deal for standard services offer including maintenance agreement, battery & spare part replacement.
· · Good knowledge of datacenter and critical facility, be able to offer advance service such as assessment and multi-vendors maintenance contract.
· · Keep update the data of Installed Base of the customers
