Order Management Administrator – Partner Order Entry (Power-NAM)
SUMMARY OF JOB:
This position is accountable for handling all customer requests which are received via phone, email, fax, and chat. The Order Admin position requires the ability to develop and maintain positive customer relations and coordinate with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. Each associate is expected to be team-oriented, possesses strong telephone, computer and problem solving skills.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Order entry, monitoring and rebalancing orders.
· Monitoring individual backlog to ensure timely and accurate entry of all orders.
· Communicate directly with Distribution Centers, Warehouses, Manufacturing Plants, Sales Representatives, Field Service, Field Office Representatives and other cross functional departments, to ensure accuracy in orders.
· Support to internal and external service sales reps and sales reps for part inquires, order status and other general questions.
· Identify and communicate possible changes to process and procedures to ensure best practices.
· Proven ability to meet deadlines and complete assigned tasks in a timely, professional manner.
· Maintain high level of customer satisfaction through increased availability and timely communication
Desired profile
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
· Must possess a Bachelor's degree in any field
· 1-3 years working experience on related field
· Above average English communication skill, both verbal and written
· Strong and fast typing speed and accuracy
· Strong skills in problem solving and time management
· Ability to adapt to change, meet the changing demands of the work environment, any delays or other unexpected demands
· Skilled in all areas of Customer Service: phone management, order management, understanding customer expectations and satisfaction.
· Technical Support background
· Strong multi-tasking skills
· Team player (willing to do other functions as needed)
· Proficient computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel)
· Willing to work on shifting schedule, overtime and holidays
