Offer Marketing Specialist

Job description

Assist with the management of offer roadmaps to maximize market share and profitability. Collaborate with engineering, country and offer strategy teams to develop new products and solutions by influencing the scope of product development projects via offer requirements specifications.

Monitor country implementations of offer pricing strategy. Track market share and sales trends.

Identify opportunities for innovation (products, solutions, business models). Reduce offer complexity while increasing reusable modularity. Leverage the creation of modular "bricks" to gain efficiency and to open new channels to market.

Provide management with information and proposals concerning the 4P"s for assigned product offer. Develop value propositions to promote product offer that support segment strategies.

Specify and develop offer marketing and sales needs in terms of literature, sales tools and web presence.

Participate in industry influencing activities including codes and standards committees.

Directly interact with a wide range of internal and external customers.

Desired profile

Master"s or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Management or Marketing.

Looking for recent graduate or up to 2 years experience.
