Role
Working as an integral part of a creative solutions team, this position develops and executes project management plans for various types of print and digital creative solutions. This individual will report directly to the lead project manager of the studio. This key role drives multiple creative projects to completion -- on time, on budget and, on specification -- with primary focus on meeting the project brief requirements and maintaining overall client satisfaction. The project manager helps bridge the gap between the design team and client, to ensure all objectives of the project are being met. These individuals will manage internal and external resources with a focus on overall client satisfaction regardless of the location of the resources. Qualified candidates will be self-starters, able to multi-task, be dependable, and have concise execution during times of high stress projects.

Responsibilities
Manage print and digital creative solutions projects
Project schedule management: project manage critical path and timeline to meet the forecasted delivery deadline
Posting of work for client reviews
Coordinate projects through all major stages of project development (from brief and scope to concept, writing, design, final approvals).
Ensure timely flow of information within the project team.
Manage relationships with designers, editors, writers, and producers.
Identify, communicate, and escalate project risks, issues, dependencies and metrics across a cross-functional project team.
Schedule and lead milestone project meetings
Collect additional project data as the project progresses.
Keep all information updated in AtTask – ensure all project hours are logged in the system
Ensure proper asset management at project completion.
Maintain project documentation including meeting minutes and action items.

Internal Partnership
Work with other project managers and leadership to determine best practices for working with vendors for outsourced work.
Work closely with the studio Art Director for creative direction on projects.
Work with creative teams to monitor and improve cross-functional process interaction.
Navigate organization to bring appropriate parties to assist project execution. This may include negotiating with functional managers and/or organizational management to obtain adequate resources with appropriate skills to staff the project team.

The ability to work in a team environment and work independently
The ability to work accurately under tight deadlines and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
Strong problem-solving skills and project contingency planning capabilities
Strong customer focus
3-5 years experience working in marketing or creative departments
Bachelors Degree – MBA Preferred but not necessary
PMP Certification Preferred but not necessary
